Okay, so, I can certainly understand someone being attracted to a certain style of clothing; I like boys in plain T-shirts, ball caps and Vans. I dislike really ripped, clean-cut boy toys. However, this text comments on class and sluts - not taste - and it’s just blatantly wrong. Let’s break this into parts, shall we?
“Dressing slutty and showing everything is not sexy.” Firstly - that’s your opinion. Secondly, why on Earth do you assume that a woman ‘shows everything’ to appear sexy? Are you so egotistical that every single time you see a woman in a mini skirt you assume she is wearing this so you will be sexually attracted to her? Get over yourself, that comment is just plain egotistical.
“Be a lady and have self-respect.” You know what I consider self-respect to be? When you wear what you are comfortable in because you respect yourself, and are not governed by the judgement of others. You cannot get any indication of a woman’s nature/if she’s lady-like or not based on her clothing. Good work, now you’re egotistical AND ignorant.
“What is sexy about showing everyone your body?” The human body is an oddly attractive thing. I certainly don’t walk around naked, but if I wanted to, I’m quite positive someone would consider me sexy for it. Really, what ISN’T sexy about the human body? Why should it be covered up, just because you’re so damn judgemental?
“…people are going to think you are slutty, that’s just how it is.” There is nothing I hate more than the “just how it is” comment. The problem here is not the woman who chooses to dress comfortably or in a way that gives her confidence. The problem is assholes like you who are not willing to change their “you’re a slut for wearing what you want even though you have free will” opinion. There is nothing slutty about clothing; it has absolutely no indication of sexual activity whatsoever. If you’re assuming a woman is slutty, you’re the idiot here. And even then what is wrong with being promiscuous? Why do you care what a woman does with her vagina? Why should she hide the fact that she is sexually active? Women are allowed to express their sexuality whenever they want by wearing whatever they want.
“I would never want a girl of mine to look slutty, it would make her body less special since everyone has seen so much of it.” HOLD THE FUCK UP. A woman’s body is not a fucking trophy, you do not own her body. If you love someone you will want them, and be attracted to them no matter what they choose to wear or how many people stare. I am so disgusted by this comment, I would never EVER want a man (or woman) who decides wether they are attracted to me or not based on how many other people have seen me. If you treat it like an object or a trophy, treat it like its yours and nobody else ‘deserves’ to see it, you should buy a fucking statue instead of “owning” a human being.
“…confident girl that doesn’t need to show off her body.” Once again, get over yourself. Don’t assume that a woman is wearing clothes to show off. She can quite easily wear these clothes because it does make her confident, or comfortable. It has nothing to do with you, nothing to do with class, nothing to do with wanting male approval. “Low cut top? SHE MUST WANT EVERY MAN IN THE ROOM BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY THAT’S ALL WOMEN EVER DECIDE THEIR CLOTHING FOR and I have the authority to tell her to dress classy because that’s what I want and since I own her she has to do that and nobody else can see her body!”
Whoever wrote this has no right to comment on class at all, and I certainly hope you’re alone for the rest of your life. I would hate to be the woman who is forced to put up with the possessive, objectifying, sexist, ignorant asshole who wrote this.

I really like the things you say.
