This is so damn dance-y.
I’m in love.I will forever love this song.
Architecture in Helsinki has been my favorite band for the past 7 years. My favorite song is Wishbone. I know all the words.
Raider Evaluations.
I did eval’s for my raid team and asked them to do me. Honest opinion, negative and positive feedback for personal growth.
This is what I got, I was pretty pleased with it.
Xilit, Excellent.
Although a shining example of an avid raider who always tries his hardest to hit his maximum potential, Xilit has an extremely quick temper and is incredibly harsh to accuse others of not doing something that could have saved the raid. Lacks the patience to form constructive criticism. Rarely is held back by social qualms and faux pas [This is both positive and negative as destructive criticism is needed to push players to try]
Cons: As everyone noticed, has a tendency to be quickly annoyed by wipes. It seems like his frustrations are sometimes affecting the other raiders negatively, making it harder for the group to come back from a wipe streak.
Pros: Omniscient and Omnipotent.
Xilit, Exceptional, Probably could be ranked as a WoW professional. Has the skills to get nearly any job done (actually, could probably perform any position better than anyone else). (Your biggest con) HIGHLY impatient, often time sets unrealistic expectations given the people he is raiding with. You are very much a god among men, a pig among guinea pigs. For you to thrive you need an A+ group that gets shit done and shows up when they say they will show up and always shows up with their A Game.
I wish we had more raiders like you, your impatience for others, and always setting extremely high expectations (that 99% of people can’t reach) keeps you performing above the rest.
